I believe that all of our relationships in life affect each other, because we bring ourselves to each one.

My relationship work is rooted in the Christian belief and value that God is the source of all love and growth in our relationships.
Fun Facts!
I have been married over 27 years to my husband Jim and I have three (now adult) children.
We enjoy getting the family together for cookouts and swimming and our favorite place to go is the Adirondack mountains.
I also love dogs! My beagle Darby is always at my side wanting to go for another walk or collect another stick! He joined our family after we connected with a dog rescue group. He adds so much love and fun to our lives!
